Times
Our cruises departs on the following schedule:
- April: daily at2pm, 3pm and 4pm
- May: daily at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5 pm
- 1st June to 13 July: daily at 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm
- 14 July to 31 August: daily at 11am, noon, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
- September: daily at 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm
- October: during the week depending on the weather / weekends at 2pm and 3pm

Reservation and purchase
To guarantee your place on one of our boats, we recommend that you book in advance using the booking form. Your booking will then be confirmed by return e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation, your booking is not guaranteed.
Payment must be made at the pier before the cruise departs. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Any seats not paid for 10 minutes before departure will be put back on sale.
The ticket office is open from 10am to 6pm between 14 July and 25 August.
Boarding
Access to the pier is at the foot of the Pont Coudé, next to the restaurant Le Moulin de l'Abbaye. To get there, simply walk around the Pavillon (the bridge watchtower), down the footpath and under the bridge.
Duration
The cruise lasts 50 minutes.

To ensure a punctual departure and an optimal welcome, we recommend that you arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. During periods of high demand, places reserved but not paid for will be put back on sale 10 minutes before departure. Don't miss your cruise and arrive early to make the most of your experience.
