How many people does the boat carry?
Our boat is spacious and comfortable and can carry up to 49 people. Ideal for groups, families or solo travellers: embark with complete peace of mind for a unique and friendly trip.
Is the cruise eco-friendly?
Our electrically powered boat glides along quietly and cleanly. You can enjoy the landscape and nature to the full without disturbing the local wildlife and plants.
Are we sheltered from the sun and rain?
Yes: the boat has roll-down blinds that protect you from the sun and the rain, so you can enjoy the trip whatever the weather.
How do I pay for my booking?
Booking online is free: you pay at the landing stage before departure. We accept cash, cheques and French ANCV holiday vouchers, and bank transfers for group bookings.
When should we arrive?
To ensure a punctual departure, please arrive at the landing stage at least 15 minutes before departure. At busy times, booked seats that are not paid for 10 minutes before departure are released for sale.
How do I cancel my booking?
Use the “View or cancel my booking” link in your confirmation email: your seats are released immediately for other visitors. You can also call us.
